Healthy Sauces
Healthy sauces are one of my favorite ways to add flavor and nutrition to meals, they’re easy to make, delicious, and so versatile! You can customize them to be fruit-forward, protein-packed, loaded with veggies, or all of the above. With fresh, flavorful ingredients, there’s no need to rely on sugar for sweetness.
My sauce recipes are vegetarian, gluten-free, or both, and I always include vegan options to make sure there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
Some of the reader favorites are my homemade vegan tartar sauce, which puts a fresh, delicious twist on the classic, and for fellow spice lovers, my vegan sriracha mayo, it’s creamy, zesty, and adds a bold kick to any dish. I can’t wait for you to try them!
