INGREDIENTS

Drain Jalapeno Slices:

Drain excess juice from the jalapenos. Using a paper towel, lay out the jalapenos and pat them completely dry.

In a large pot over medium heat, heat the coconut oil and sauté the jalapeno slices.

Add Corn Kernels:

To the same pot, a couple of kernels to make sure you’ve got the right amount of heat. Stir in corn kernels until they are coated in oil.

When the kernels have stopped popping, turn the popcorn out into a mixing bowl.

Transfer Popcorn To Mixing Bowl:

Pour over the melted butter and sprinkle with salt. Toss the popcorn to coat with butter completely and serve.
