I enjoy this peach milk for a refreshing drink any time of year. I blend fresh peaches with creamy milk to make a naturally sweet and satisfying treat. It uses just 4 ingredients, can easily be made vegan, is family friendly, and is a simple way to enjoy a fruity, sweet drink.

  • Add the sliced peaches, sugar and vanilla extract into a high speed food processor, blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat, allow to cool for 15 minutes before placing in the fridge to cool completely.
  • When chilled add the peach pureé and milk to a blender and blend until well combined.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Serve immediately.
