  • Place the cottage cheese and honey into the bowl of a food processor.

  • My #1 Secret Tip for making creamed cottage cheese is to enjoy it right after blending while it is at its smoothest and creamiest. I have noticed that when I keep it in the fridge for later the texture changes a little and it is not quite the same, so I always like to serve it right away. It takes only a minute to blend, so I usually make it fresh for the kids after school or as a quick snack for myself in the afternoon.
  • Use a good blender: I always use a strong blender so the texture turns out silky smooth without any lumps.
