Pulse Walnuts & Mushrooms:

In a high speed food processor, combine the raw walnuts and mushrooms. Pulse several times to chop the ingredients.

Saute Onion & Garlic:

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat and sauté the diced onion until soft. Next, add the minced garlic and walnut mixture to the pan and continue to sauté.

Add Remaining Ingredients:

Combine the remaining ingredients and stir.


Sauté for another 3 minutes to cook the taco filling completely.

Adjust If Needed:

Adjust seasoning to taste. Fill your tacos or burritos, and enjoy!
