Vegan Caramel Popcorn

INGREDIENTS

Make The Caramel:

Make a vegan caramel sauce on the stove top according to the recipe.

Once the caramel is ready, I add my popcorn to a large bowl and pour the caramel and nuts (if using) over the popcorn.

Coat Popcorn:

Then, I spread my popcorn mixture out on a parchment lined sheet pan and bake for an hour.

Bake Caramel Corn:

Once done, I remove the caramel popcorn from the oven and allow it to cool.

Cool:

After it cools, I break it apart into popcorn pieces and serve!
