Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Combine both flours, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl.

Preheat Oven & Combine Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, and oil.

Combine Wet Ingredients:

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add a little bit more almond milk.

Mix Together:

Scoop out about ½ teaspoon of the donut dough and roll into a small ball. Repeat with remaining dough.

Roll Dough & Shape Donuts:

Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the donuts are lightly golden.
