Flaxseed Pudding

This easy flaxseed pudding recipe is vegan, super healthy, and makes a perfect breakfast or snack!

This gluten-free flax pudding feels more like dessert thanks to its pudding-like consistency.

INGREDIENTS

Combine Dry Ingredients:

Add the ground flaxseeds and cinnamon into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

Add the remaining ingredients, whisk until smooth.

Add Remaining Ingredients:

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, up to overnight / 24 hours to set.

Refrigerate:

When set, remove from the fridge, stir and serve with desired toppings.

Serve:

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
