Prepare the bottom of your pan (I use a 9x13x2-inch pan) by brushing it with aquafaba mix or butter so it doesn’t stick.

Prepare Pan:

Next, lay one phyllo sheet at the bottom of the pan, brushing it with aquafaba mix or butter.

Layer Phyllo:

Then, spread one thin layer of nuts and cover that with one phyllo sheet.

Add Nuts & Repeat Layers:

With a sharp knife, I cut the baklava into either squares or triangles.

Cut Triangles Or Squares:

Now, I recommend inserting a clove in the center of each triangle to hold the phyllo sheets together.
