In a separate bowl, I whisk together the milk, lemon juice, honey, eggs, and oil.

Combine Wet Ingredients:

I add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir until the batter is smooth.

Mix Ingredients:

First, I pour the cornbread batter into my prepared pan.

Transfer To Pan, Bake:

When done, I remove the cornbread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan before transferring it to a cooling rack.
