Strawberry Yogurt

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the strawberries with paper towel.
  • Slice the top off each strawberry and then cut in half.
  • Transfer sliced strawberries to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Next, add the yogurt and vanilla and continue to blend until combined.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • Dry the strawberries well, reducing any excess water.
  • Make sure to use ripe strawberries for the fullest flavor.
  • Fresh strawberries are best to use. Frozen berries will make the yogurt too watery.
  • Greek yogurt can be substituted with regular plain or vanilla yogurt if you prefer however choose a yogurt with the lowest amount of sugar as the strawberries are quite sweet.
  • To serve you can either enjoy the yogurt on its own or top with a drizzle of honey, granola, fresh berries, or even some toasted nuts.
