Healthy Strawberry Yogurt

My healthy strawberry yogurt is a game changer for a quick breakfast or an afternoon snack. I love that it uses real strawberries with no artificial flavorings or added sugar, and it's gluten-free and ready in just 5 minutes.

Notes

  • My #1 Secret Tip for this strawberry yogurt is to dry the strawberries really well so there is no extra water in the yogurt. I always pat them with a clean kitchen towel and let them sit for a minute before I blend them. When the strawberries are dry, the yogurt stays thick and creamy instead of turning watery.
  • For Best Flavor: I always make sure to use ripe strawberries for the best, fullest flavor.
  • Do Not Use Frozen Berries: I like to use fresh strawberries because frozen ones tend to make the yogurt too watery.
  • Blender Options: If my food processor is not available, I use a high-speed blender or just mash the strawberries in a large bowl. Mashing gives the yogurt a few chunky pieces, which I actually love for extra texture.
  • Use cold yogurt: Cold Greek yogurt blends into a creamier texture. When the yogurt is warm or room temperature, it can look a little loose. I always keep mine chilled for the best result.
