Notes

  • Make sure you use the right ratio of liquid to Weetabix to get the absolute perfect consistency! Too much liquid will make this runny, too little liquid and you'll end up with a super thick, clumpy cereal. A good rule of thumb is about 1/4 cup liquid per Weetabix biscuit that you use. You also want to make sure you stir the Weetabix mixture thoroughly before refrigerating so that the milk gets distributed evenly.
  • If You Can't Refrigerate Overnight, let this sit for at least 2-3 hours in the fridge before serving so the flavors can combine and the base can set.
  •  Since this breakfast Weetabix will keep for 2-3 days, you can double or triple the recipe to make more servings for a quick and easy make ahead breakfast.
  • You can crush the Weetabix biscuits in a zipped plastic bag to avoid any mess from crumbs. Alternatively, you can crush the biscuits once they have been combined with the milk, in the container itself.
  • Nutrition information calculated using 1% milk, peanut butter and 2 Biscoff cookies.
