Mango Nice Cream

Creamy, homemade mango nice cream made with frozen bananas, mangos, natural sweetener, and almond milk, is a healthy dairy-free treat!

Peel and slice the bananas into smaller pieces, then arrange them on the cookie sheet in a single layer. Pop the cookie sheet in the freezer.


Place the frozen mango chunks into your food processor, and add one tablespoon of almond or coconut milk.

While the rice is still hot add the vinegar, sugar and salt and gently stir through the rice.

Next, scrape down the sides of the food processor, then add the frozen banana slices.


Process on low until the banana fully combines with the mango. If you’re using agave or maple syrup as a natural sweetener, add it now.
