In the large bowl of a stand mixer add the flour, dried yeast, sugar and salt.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a microwave safe container add the almond milk, butter and vanilla extract.

Microwave Wet Ingredients, Combine With Dry:

Knead the donut dough for 5 minutes or until the dough is smooth.

Knead The Dough:

Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth and allow to rest in a warm place to double in size, approximately 1-2 hours.

Let Dough Rest:

Once the dough has risen, transfer to a lightly floured surface and roll out to approximately ½ inch thickness.
