Chop the butter into small pieces. Next, mix peanut butter and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. (I used a 4-quart, large glass bowl).

Prep & Mix:

Place the bowl in the microwave and microwave fudge on high heat in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir and repeat.

Microwave:

Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave and add the powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir with a wooden spoon until combined.

Add Sugar:

Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment or wax paper and transfer the peanut butter mixture into the pan or baking dish.

Move To Baking Dish:

Next, place the microwave pb fudge mixture in the refrigerator for at least two hours until the fudge sets. Finally, cut the fudge into 20 small squares. Enjoy!
