BBQ Flatbread

This healthy, flavorful BBQ Flatbread pizza with corn, black beans and red peppers is easy to make at home and is low in calories.

Loaded with fresh veggies, this black bean pizza recipe is a fun twist on traditional pizza and keeps in the fridge for up to 4 days!

INGREDIENTS

Step 1:

Spread out the flatbread dough on a pizza pan, and press dough. Spread the barbecue sauce on top of the pizza.

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat, add a little oil, black beans, diced red onions and chili powder.

Spread black bean mixture over barbecue sauce.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Then sprinkle diced red pepper and corn on top of the cheese.

Step 4:

Place flatbreads in oven. Bake in oven for 10-15 min, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the crust are lightly golden brown.
