This refreshing Keto Greek Salad is a healthy, low-carb version of a classic Greek salad, but tastes just as delicious as the traditional recipe!

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place into a large mixing bowl. Dice the bell pepper, thinly slice the red onion, and cut the cucumber into even cubes.

Prep Veggies:

Dice the bell pepper, thinly slice the red onion, and cut the cucumber into even cubes. Add to the large bowl.

Toss the capers and olives through the salad ingredients until well combined.

Add Remaining Ingredients:

In a small bowl mix together the oil, red wine vinegar, oregano and salt.

Make Homemade Greek Dressing:

When ready to serve, transfer the salad to a serving dish and add the diced feta cheese on top of the salad.
