Instructions

  • Heat the Biscoff spread and almond milk in a small saucepan over a medium heat, stirring constantly to ensure the spread doesn’t stick and burn.
  • Continue to heat until the spread has completely melted.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Froth the milk mixture with an immersion blender or a milk frother.
  • Add one espresso shot to a mug.
  • Pour the hot Biscoff milk into the mug.
  • Top with cookie crumbs, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • My #1 Secret Tip for making the best Biscoff Latte is to avoid boiling the milk and Biscoff spread while heating and stir continuously to prevent burning. This ensures a smooth, creamy texture without any graininess or scorched flavor. Keeping the heat gentle helps the Biscoff spread melt perfectly into the milk, creating a velvety latte every time.
  • Blending for Froth: If you do not have a milk frother or immersion blender, you can blend the heated milk and espresso together for a few seconds to create a frothy latte. If you have an espresso machine with a milk steamer, simply steam the milk at an angle so the foam mixes evenly instead of sitting on top.
  • Choosing the Right Coffee: I always use fresh ground coffee beans for the best flavor. A dark roast works best if I want a stronger coffee taste.
  • No Espresso Machine? No Problem: If you do not have an espresso machine, just use instant coffee powder and make it a little stronger than usual for a richer latte.
