Jackfruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 15 oz yellow jackfruit
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 oz frozen pineapple
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Make sure to blend the ice cubes completely.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • No sugar is needed as the jackfruit and pineapple provide natural sweetness.
  • Any milk can be used instead of coconut milk however the coconut milk gives this smoothie a lovely tropical feel.
  • Fresh pineapple can be used however the smoothie won’t be quite as thick.
