In a large bowl, whisk both flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Whisk Dry Ingredients:

In another large mixing bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients.

Whisk Wet Ingredients:

Pour the sourdough mixture into the flour mixture and whisk until a smooth batter forms. Let the pancake batter rest for 10 minutes.

Combine Wet & Dry:

Heat a large nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium heat. Use a portion scoop or a measuring cup to drop 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Cook Pancakes:
