Set the oven to 350 degrees F / 180 C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. Spread the hazelnuts in an even layer over the prepared baking sheet.

Preheat Oven, Prep Hazelnuts:

Roast in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove and place the roasted hazelnuts into a clean kitchen towel or paper towels and rub to remove the skins.

Roast Hazelnuts, Remove Skin:

Discard the skins and place the peeled hazelnuts into a high speed food processor. Blend until it forms a smooth paste.

Add To Food Processor:

Add all remaining ingredients to the food processor.

Always use a food processor and not a blender as a blender won’t work well.
