Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F / 180 C.   Mix the brown sugar and melted butter together in a medium bowl.

Preheat Oven, Cream Sugar & Butter:

Mix in the egg and vanilla extract, whisk until well combined.

Add Egg And Vanilla:

Mix in the flour, do not over-mix the batter.

Add Flour:

Gently fold white chocolate chunks and raspberries through the rest of the ingredients.

Add White Chocolate Chips And Raspberries:

Allow the melted butter to come to room temperature before adding the egg otherwise it will start to cook the egg if the butter is too hot.
