Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F / 160 C. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl whisk together the melted vegan butter, vanilla extract, vegan sour cream and almond milk.

Mix Wet Ingredients:

Pour the liquid ingredients into the large bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until combined with a whisk or electric mixer on medium speed.

Mix Dry & Wet Ingredients:

Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean from the center of the cake.

To make this recipe gluten free substitute the all-purpose flour for gluten free flour.
