How to make Vegan Egg Rolls

Make the Vegetarian Egg Rolls: Have a small bowl of water ready. Lay a wrapper on a flat surface with the bottom corner facing you. Place two tablespoons of filling near the center of the wrapper.


Fold the bottom corner: Over the filling, then fold the left and right corners over and roll it up. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.
