Banana Bread Without Butter

Preheat oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 loaf pans (or 1 9×9 baking pan) with oil spray. In a med bowl, combine flours, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Cream the coconut oil and sugar. Mash the bananas and add flax eggs, bananas, applesauce, and vanilla. Mix together.

Next, add the flour mixture and walnuts, then blend at low speed until combined. You can also mix in a bowl.

Pour the banana bread batter into the greased loaf pan(s) & bake on the center rack for 50 minutes.

Allow the bread to cool for 20 mins.
