How to make Vegan Banana Bread Recipe Without Butter
Preheat oven temperature to 350°. Grease two 8×5 inch loaf pans with olive oil spray. In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients with a wire whisk.
In a large mixing bowl or in a stand mixer, cream the wet ingredients together. Start with the coconut oil (or vegan butter) and sugar.
