Toasted Ravioli Recipe

Air Fryer Ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta are dipped in breadcrumbs then air-fried until crispy.

Enjoy with a spinach marinara sauce for a healthy, satisfying, easy weeknight Italian meal!

INGREDIENTS

SAUTÉ VEGGIES:

Sauté the peppers, onions, and garlic in a large drizzle of olive oil until soft and fragrant – about 5 minutes.

ADD BABY SPINACH:

Stir in the baby spinach and sauté another 3 minutes or so.

ADD MARINARA SAUCE:

Add the jarred tomato sauce, and then season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper to taste. Simmer on low for 10 minutes until the flavors marry and the sauce thickens.

BOIL PASTA:

Boil your ravioli according to the package’s directions. Drain them and remove as much water as possible. This will ensure your coating sticks and gets crispy.

COAT: 

Dip a cooked but dry ravioli into the flour mixture in a shallow dish. Coat well on both sides.
