Customizable: Overnight oats are a fun way to get creative. Customize with different flavors, add-ins, and healthy toppings.
In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients for the chocolate oat layer. Stir to combine well. Cover and store in the fridge for 5 hours or overnight.
Prepare the vanilla layer by whisking the softened cream cheese until smooth. Next mix through the yogurt, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
In 4 serving glasses, first place a layer of the oat mixture.
Then add the vanilla yogurt layer, another oat layer and top with a final layer of yogurt.
Add a dusting of cocoa powder to the top of the oats.
