Fragrant, flavorful, crispy mushroom fritters are the best side dish!
A combination of aromatic garlic, onion, and mushroom comes together for a mouth-watering, delicious, savory bite.
Heat ½ tbsp oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes.
Next, add the sliced mushrooms. Continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes before adding the crushed garlic.
Transfer the mushroom mixture to a mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly to create a thick batter.
Heat remaining oil in a pan over medium heat. Scoop ¼ cup of batter and drop carefully into the hot oil, cooking until golden.
Remove and repeat with remaining batter. Batter makes approximately 12 fritters.
