Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F / 200 C. Line a muffin tin with muffin cups and set aside. Alternatively, you can spray the muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

Preheat Oven:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, wheat bran, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in the raisins.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.

Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture, then stir to combine.

Spoon batter into the muffin pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

To make this recipe vegan friendly, substitute the eggs with adding 2 tbsp ground chia seeds to the dry ingredients and 6 tbsp water to the wet ingredients.
