Add the milk to a blender, then add the frozen berries. Puree until smooth and creamy. You can also use a hand blender if you have one at home.

Dump & Blend!

Add sweetener to taste. Blend a few more seconds to combine. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with fresh herbs or fresh berries. Serve this triple berry smoothie recipe immediately!
