Sugar-Free Tofu Chocolate Mousse

This rich, decadent, silky Tofu Chocolate Mousse is the perfect dessert. Made with silken tofu, bananas, tahini, cocoa powder, and maple syrup, it’s healthy, chocolatey, and so easy to make!

Place the soft tofu, bananas, tahini, cocoa powder, and maple syrup into a blender. Blend the tofu mixture until smooth.

Blend Ingredients:

Spoon the chocolate tofu mousse into individual cups or ramekins.

Transfer Mousse:

Refrigerate for around 3 hours, or overnight. Top with a few dark chocolate shavings, fresh raspberries, or coconut whipped cream, and enjoy!
