- Silken soft tofu - Bananas - Tahini or almond butter - Unsweetened cocoa powder - Maple syrup - Chia seeds

How to make Vegan Chocolate Mousse


Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. 


Spoon the mixture into six individual serving bowls or cups. 


Refrigerate for around 3 hours, or overnight. Top with a few dark chocolate shavings, fresh raspberries (or other fresh berries), or coconut whipped cream and enjoy!
