In a large mixing bowl mix together the wet and dry ingredients, except the chocolate chips, until well combined.

COMBINE INGREDIENTS:

Fold through the chocolate chips.

ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS:

Scoop out 1 tbsp of mixture and roll into a ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

FORM BALLS:

Repeat with remaining mixture, making approximately 24 balls.

REPEAT:

Place the tray into the fridge and chill for 1-2 hours before serving these pumpkin spice energy balls.
