Add the pasta to a large pot of water once it reaches a boil. Cook according to the directions on the packaging, until al dente.

Cook Pasta:

While the pasta cooks, combine the tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper in a bowl or jar.

Make Sauce:

Add pasta water to the tahini mixture and blend. Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less water.

Adjust Thickness:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Saute Garlic & Onion:

Next, pour the prepared tahini sauce and cooked pasta into the pan, heat and toss to coat.
