Cook On A Large Skillet: Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray or oil. Spoon ¼ cup of pancake mix into the skillet and spread to form a circle.
Watch For Bubbles & Finish Cooking: Lower heat to medium heat until bubbles start to form, flip and cook for a further three minutes until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining pancake batter.
