OAT FLOUR PANCAKES

BLEND INGREDIENTS

In a food processor, combine rolled oats, low-fat cottage cheese, eggs and vanilla extract; blend until smooth.

ADD SEEDS

Next, stir in the sunflower seeds.

HEAT SKILLET

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray with oil. Pour pancake batter onto the pan to form 4" pancakes. Repeat with the best of the batter.

COOK

Cook the pancakes for three minutes on each side or until browned.

Top with sliced banana and two teaspoons of chocolate chips!
