Add the olive oil and the warm water to the flour mixture and form a dough. Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead until the dough is smooth.
Cut the ball of pizza dough in half to make two round pieces. With a rolling pin, roll the pizza dough portions out to ½-inch thickness in between parchment paper.
