Place cupcake liners into a muffin tin and gently spray with nonstick cooking oil. This will prevent the cheesecakes from sticking to the liners.
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter.
Pack about 2 tablespoons of graham cracker cookie mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner for a thick crust.
Place the chopped chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 15-second increments, stirring when necessary.
In a separate bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and softened butter on high speed. Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix on medium speed.
