Mushroom Toast Appetizer

Crispy baguette topped with mushrooms, spinach, and cheese makes the perfect bite sized appetizer for your next party!

Mushroom Toast  Appetizer

Step 1

Roast head of garlic with a drizzle of olive oil. 

Step 2

Add tofu and garlic to a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Sauté mushrooms in olive oil until soft.

Step 4

Stir in spinach and parmesan.

Step 5

Spread tofu mixture on top of bread.

Step 6

Top with spinach and mushrooms.

Step 7

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Toast under the boiler for 1-2 minutes.
