These crispy vegan mushroom dippers are paired with a vegan aioli sauce. Perfect to share as an appetizer on game day!

Step 1

Make the wash for the mushrooms.

Step 2

Coat in breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 4

Make the aioli. Blend aquafaba and salt. Add the oil while the blender continues to run.

Step 5

Slowly add the oil while the blender is running. Add lemon juice and garlic. Blend.
