WHISK DRY INGREDIENTS

In a bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt. 

ADD MILK

Next, add soy milk, lemon juice, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

WARM PAN

Heat oil in pan and use a tablespoon to scoop out the pancake mixture. Add to the heated pan.

FLIP PANCAKES

Cook the pancakes until they start to form bubbles on top. Flip and cook for two more minutes. 

REPEAT

Repeat with the batter until all pancakes are cooked. Top with your favorite toppings!
