After that comes together, I grab a separate bowl and combine the flour, sugar, matcha, baking powder, and salt.

Combine Dry Ingredients:

I carefully fold the dry ingredients into the butter mixture using a spatula until it forms a thick, wet batter.

Combine Dry & Wet Ingredients:

Once combined, I scoop the matcha brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
