Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta until it’s tender but slightly al dente, according to package instructions.

Boil the Pasta:

Stir together mayo, yogurt, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.

Make the Dressing:
