How to make Instant Pot Lentils with Tahini


Turn your Instant Pot to the sauté setting. Add the olive oil, garlic, diced red onion, tomatoes, cumin, and coriander. Cook for a minute.


Add the carrots, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Cook until the carrots are slightly soft – about 5 minutes.


Rinse the dry lentils. Add the dried puy lentils to the Instant Pot, and the water or vegetable broth. Place the lid on top, and set to seal.


Lift the lid and stir in the tahini paste, and lemon juice.


Spread out the lentils on a flat platter or in a large skillet, and top with the sliced red onion and cilantro.
