Lavender Milk Tea

This refreshing, iced lavender milk tea with boba is the perfect pick-me-up or feel-good treat!

Simmer 2 cups of water in a small saucepan, then remove it from the heat.

Simmer Water:

Place the loose lavender leaves into a tea infuser and into the hot water along with the tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.

Steep Tea:

Strain the pearls, add to a small bowl, and stir in the brown sugar. Set aside and cool completely.

Strain Boba:

Evenly divide the tapioca pearls and syrup between two glasses.

Add Boba First:

Top each tall glass with ice, steeped black lavender tea, and almond milk.
