Over the kitchen sink, drain excess juice from the jalapenos. Using a paper towel, lay out the jalapenos and pat them completely dry.

Drain Jalapeno Slices:


In a large pot over medium heat, heat the coconut oil and sauté the jalapeno slices. This should take about 2-3 minutes or until browned.

Heat Coconut Oil:


To the same pot, a couple of kernels to make sure you’ve got the right amount of heat. Stir in corn kernels until they are coated in oil. Cover with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add Corn Kernels:


When the kernels have stopped popping, turn the popcorn out into a mixing bowl.

Transfer Popcorn To Mixing Bowl:


Pour over the melted butter and sprinkle with salt. Toss the popcorn to coat with butter completely and serve.
