Hummus Without Garlic (No Garlic Hummus!)

Hummus without garlic is smooth, creamy, and so fresh! Vegan, gluten-free, & plant-based too!

With only seven ingredients and a few simple steps, you can make your own homemade hummus. It’s quick, easy, and way better than store-bought.


Step 1:

Place all ingredients, except water, into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

step 2:

Scrape down the sides and blend again, adding some water if needed.

Step 3:

Remove from the blender, serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika if desired.
