Homemade Air Fryer Pizza Rolls Recipe

WHISK FLOUR

In a bowl, whisk the bread flour and salt. Set aside. 

ADD LIQUID

In a small bowl, combine water, yeast and olive oil. Whisk to dissolve and pour it into the flour mixture.

KNEAD DOUGH

Stir well to combine. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead with your hands until the dough is smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Spray a big bowl with cooking spray and place the dough into the bowl. Cover with a kitchen towel. Allow the dough to rest for 1- 1 ½ hour in a warm place, until doubled in size.

ROLL THE DOUGH

Preheat air fryer to 400*F. Transfer dough to a floured surface and roll with a rolling pin.

ADD SAUCE

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough. 

ADD CHEESE AND ROLL

Add the mozzarella and parmesan cheese to the sauce. Roll the dough lengthwise into a log shape. 

SLICE

Slice the pizza log into twelve even slices. 

AIR FRY

Place the pizza rolls onto the air fryer basket and air fry for 15-20 minutes until the dough is light brown. 

ADD CHEESE AND BASIL

Remove the pizza rolls from the air fryer and top with extra cheese and basil.
